We like to help each other at Asito. Also if you have any questions about money orabout your financial affairs. We refer to this as 'Getting a grip on your money'. One ofthe ways we’d like to help you is with a budget coach. The budget coach can providehelp, support and tips in order to get and keep a grip on your money.
This is how the budget coach works
Asito works together with the Budgetcoach Group’s budget coaches. These coaches have been specifically trained to help you. Do you have a question? Then call, email or text the budget coach. The helpdesk can be reached between 09.00 and 17.00 hours on weekdays on telephone number 088-6220377. WhatsApp is possible too on telephone number 0181-356912. Or send an email to asito@budgetcoachgroep.nl.
Step 1 - You have a question about your financial affairs.
Step 2 - You call, text or email the helpdesk. The budget coach will listen to you and will ask a few questions in order to be able to provide you with effective advice.
Step 3 - You will either be helped immediately, or a follow-up appointment will be arranged.
Do you have holiday money, but no money for an actual holiday?
You receive your holiday allowance in May. Are you not able to use this for what it's intended for? Do you have questions about your financial affairs? Then rest assured we want to help you. With a budget coach.

Who is the budget coach for?
The budget coach is available to all Asito colleagues, both within and outside of the CLA. For those with a contract for an indefinite period and those with a fixed term contract. Temporary workers can’t make use of the budget coach.
In which language will I be helped?
The budget coaches speak both Dutch and English.
Is de budgetcoach een collega van Asito?
No, we work together with budget coaches from the Budgetcoach Group. For more information about the Budgetcoach Group, please visit www.budgetcoachgroep.nl.
Is the budget coach phone number free?
No, it’s not a free phone number, you’ll be charged your provider’s standard call rate. You do, of course, always have the option of sending an email or WhatsApp message without incurring extra costs.
Does it matter where I live?
No, the Budgetcoach Group is active throughout the Netherlands.
Is the help provided by a budget coach free?
Yes, asking questions and any help provided by the budget coach is free.
How often can I contact the budget coach?
The budget coach will look beyond your initial question. You’ll also discuss your personal situation together. The budget coach will subsequently try to help you with the knowledge he has built up about your financial affairs. With the ultimate aim of you soon being able to manage your financial affairs more effectively yourself and no longer needing the budget coach’s help.
Does the budget coach also enter into agreements with potential creditors?
No, the budget coach is not a debt counsellor and will not be entering into agreements with creditors. You will remain responsible for your own financial affairs at all times.
