We like to help each other at Asito. Also if you have any questions about money or about your financial affairs. We refer to this as 'Getting a grip on your money'. One of the ways we’d like to help you is with a budget coach. The budget coach can provide help, support and tips in order to get and keep a grip on your money.

This is how the budget coach works

Asito works together with the Budgetcoach Group’s budget coaches. These coaches have been specifically trained to help you. Do you have a question? Then call, email or text the budget coach. The helpdesk can be reached between 09.00 and 17.00 hours on weekdays on telephone number 088-6220377. WhatsApp is possible too on telephone number 0181-356912. Or send an email to asito@budgetcoachgroep.nl.

Step 1

You have a question about your financial affairs.

Step 2

You call, text or email the helpdesk. The budget coach will listen to you and will ask a few questions in order to be able to provide you with effective advice.

Step 3

You will either be helped immediately, or a follow-up appointment will be arranged.

Do you have holiday money, but no money for an actual holiday?

You receive your holiday allowance in May. Are you not able to use this for what it's intended for? Do you have questions about your financial affairs? Then rest assured we want to help you. With a budget coach.

Voor wie is de budgetcoach?

De budgetcoach is voor alle collega’s van Asito zowel binnen CAO als buiten CAO. Zowel met een contract voor onbepaalde tijd als met een contract voor bepaalde tijd. Uitzendkrachten kunnen geen gebruik maken van de budgetcoach.

In welke taal word ik geholpen?

We hebben budgetcoaches die kunnen helpen in het Arabisch, Turks, Pools en Hongaars.

Is het telefoonnummer van de budgetcoach gratis?

Het telefoonnummer is niet gratis, je betaalt het standaard beltarief van je provider. Het sturen van een e-mail of een Whatsapp kan natuurlijk altijd zonder extra meerkosten.

Maakt het uit waar ik woon?

Nee, Budgetcoach Groep is actief door heel Nederland.

Is de hulp van een budgetcoach gratis?

Ja, het stellen van vragen en de hulp van de budgetcoach is gratis.

Hoe vaak kan ik contact opnemen met de budgetcoach?

Je kunt te allen tijde contact opnemen met de Financiële helpdesk van Budgetcoach Groep. Dit kan op kantoortijden op alle werkdagen. Je kunt hier al je financiële vragen stellen. Wanneer je een traject aan bent gegaan met een budgetcoach, kun je ook altijd je vragen aan hem/haar stellen. De budgetcoach kijkt met jou mee naar jouw hulpvraag en helpt je deze op te lossen en geeft jou tips en kennis om dit volgende keer zelf weer te kunnen.

Maakt de budgetcoach ook afspraken met mogelijke schuldeisers?

De budgetcoach is geen schuldhulpverlener, maar kan wel samen met jou schuldeisers benaderen en betalingsafspraken maken. De budgetcoach neemt jouw geldzaken niet over, jij blijft hier zelf verantwoordelijk voor.

Is de Financiële helpdesk anoniem?

Ja, wanneer je vraag aan de telefoon beantwoord kan worden, dan zal je naam niet gedeeld worden met Asito. Je blijft geheel anoniem. Mocht er een afspraak met een budgetcoach nodig zijn, dan wordt je naam alleen aan HR doorgegeven. Verder zal niemand binnen de organisatie hier iets van weten.

Wordt mijn situatie die ik met de budgetcoach bespreek ook met Asito gedeeld?

Nee, er wordt niets inhoudelijks over jullie traject met Asito gedeeld. Je kunt alles in vertrouwen met de budgetcoach delen.
